Gives you the REALTOR® status, which denotes the degree of excellence and Code of Ethics the public expects from a professional. You will also be eligible for any WMAR Member benefits.

Gives you the REALTOR® status and allows access to the WMAR Internet-based MLS.

Appraiser Membership

Gives you a REALTOR® status, which denotes the degree of excellence and Code of Ethics the public expects from a professional. You are eligible for any WMAR Member benefits and allows access to the WMAR Internet-based MLS.

Affiliate Membership

Gives you limited access to the WMAR Internet-based MLS, access to the WMAR Membership, and allows you the opportunity to sponsor/host classes, tours, and other WMAR events where you can promote your company.

CANCELLATION POLICY REMINDER:

If you do not wish to continue with your WMAR Membership Dues; WMAR Bylaws require that all cancellations must be submitted in writing to the WMAR Office.  Notices may be faxed or emailed, but must be received by no later than the last day of the month prior to the start of the service/membership period in question.
