Data feeds from WMAR MLS can be obtained only by WMAR MLS members. Agent IDX, broker feeds and vendors feeds must be completed by an MLS subscriber. Vendors may not initiate an application. Each have a special use, associated policies and agreements. Data is available via Web API to those active members who are entitled to a feed.

Instructions

• The MLS subscriber/Agent must complete the Data Feed Application (below) and return it to wmarmls@wmaronline.com
• The developer/consultant must request the new data feed via Spark.

Note: The Agent and Broker will each receive an email requesting approval.  Both approvals must be completed before the MLS can approve the feed request.
